Magic the Gathering Help?

If i equip a creature with some echantments and equipments like, Armored Ascension (Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 for each Plains you control and has flying) and Loxodon Warhammer (Enchanted creature gets +3/+3 and has trample and lifelink) then I equip whispersilk cloak (Enchanted creature has shroud and is unblockable), does the creature lose the buffs from the previously equipped enchantments and equipments?
