Ticklish when touched during ???

Im generally a very ticklish person and its really bad when Im either making out with someone or having done on me...I think it irritated my partner the last time, cuz I couldnt let him continue and cuz of that, I was not wet enuff when he entered. What do I do to get rid of this silly nuisance ticklishness ???
