Does this girl like me? LONG BUT I NEED ADVICE PLEASE HELP?

I have got to know this girl in cl and have really grown to like her alot. Anyway after we met we really didn't start talking unil october. She has always been overly flirty with guys and that is why this is so confusing. She started flirting with me at the end of October and her friends would flirt too. We talk all the time and always have a good laugh. I come of as mean not to her but try to act like it to be funny and it seems to make everyone laugh. At first I knew she was kidding as she was like I want to do you but then she would say I'm just joking don't take it seriously. I accepted this and thought she would stop but over time she really started to grow on me. This all started when we had a fire drill and I went outside she came up to me when I was walking back to cl and said you look lonely and asked if I would hold her hand. When I did she got really excited and yelled to her friends to them about it when they all looked they started giggling. She talked to me back to cl and the next day she told her friends we were going out. After christmas break she was flirting with me again and with her friend Seger who was egging the flirt on by asking questions like when are you going to do it. Both always do this and then she said Rory I am just joking with you. Of couse the week before this she was trying to get me to hug her and all the people in that cl were saying she likes you. I really believed she did and was going to ask her out that day but my confidence went down the drain. I said why do always play with my hair and try to hug me if you don't like me and she said i hold all my friends hand I was crushed. I looked on her facebook though and found otherwise she was talking to seger about flirting with me at school. She said I was hot as **** and I found she at least thought I was attractive. Another conversation with her friend Ryan made me wonder if she really like me as well. Ryan was hitting on her and she said Ryan sorry to say but I like someone else. He said who could this be she responded how could you not know by now. Then he said oh Rory blehh and the conversation ended. Anyway I got really mad and didn't speak to her for a couple days then she said me and rory are not friends anymore but things never changed and she was again kidding. Then last week when she was talking about some gross guy who tried to kiss her I said your trying to lead me on to aren't you and then she said no I would have with and she didn't laugh this time she said it. What do you think.
