What is wrong with my Shih Tzu's ?

I gave her a bath 2 days ago because she had poop stuck to her , as I was washing her she seemed to be hurting every time I put the water spout by her . So yesterday I came home and seen her was inflamed and oozing thick like puss. Could this be a sign that she needs her glands popped or something else?
