Where should I put my danio fry?

I just got a tank maybe 3 and a half weeks ago. I put in danios to help cycle the tank, and then I noticed a few fry. I couldn't figure out which fish had laid the eggs, though I think it's one of my leopard danios. I knew the parents would eat the fry, so I bought a brine shrimp net and a little net-tank thing that hangs in the aquarium. I caught about 20 fry and a few eggs, and put them in the net-tank thing. I feed them Hikari First Bites (it's a really fine powder), but I don't really know if I should be feeding them something else or changing the water conditions. I know that 20 is very little, but is there any chance they will survive?
