Could you see the Washington Monument from a log cabin if Washington DC were on fire?

Considering the atmospheric haze created if the entire city of Washington, D.C. were on fire, is there any vantage point where a log cabin currently exists from where it would be possible to see the silhouette of the Washington Monument against the flames?
