I am about 13 weeks pregnant and I accidentally took Percoset 5 mg ...?

I had been taking a medicine that also contained oxycodone (the narcotic component to Percocet) before I found out about my pregnancy, and my doctor doesn't seem concerned about it at all. I think the biggest issue with taking oxycodone during pregnancy is that if you take it consistently for any length of time, your baby could become dependent on the drug and go through withdrawals after birth. Some doctors still prescribe it for pain during pregnancy, they just have to monitor the baby and treat him or her accordingly if there's a chance for dependency.
