What is a fair percentage to pay a sponorship coordinator for a non-profit?

We are a brand-new non-profit comprised of all volunteers, but we would like to pay a sponsorship coordinator a percentage because a.) it's a REALLY hard job and b.) it will help motivate them to get more sponsorships. But what is the average when you are P/T, commission only?
