Is there a disorder or a problem with touching your hair?

There's this girl in my cl and she has a problem. I'm trying to prove to here that she has a problem. Basically what she does twirl her hair with her finger like 24/7. Every time i see her in cl, at lunch, even in her sleep. (i asked her). I'm not asking for much, i just wanted to know if there if such thing as a disorder for that, and what it's called. Maybe it's just a habit like biting your nails?
