Iguana leash and nail trimmer?

Can I use a small dog harness for my iguana? I have a 3 1/2 foot iguana and was wondering if I can use a harness on him! What leash do you recommend and I can't find any iguana trimmers on petco/petsmart.com! Can I use any small animal nail clippers? Thank you
