I'm thinking about relocating from Upstate NY to Lehighton Pa area. Can anyone tell me about the area?

Lehighton is an extremely depressed mountain community right off the PA Turnpike Northeast Extension about 20 miles north of Allentown. Unless you're going to tend bar or work at a dollar store, you're probably going to have to drive to Allentown for work.
