Confusing postcard from obgyn?

ok so when i went to the obgyn for my 1st pap in the beginning of october they told me im going to get a postcard in a week either way ...i finally got it today and it says the results from ur pap were normal schedule and appt in a year and then i got another one saying my results are in call for them or if i have any questions,. should i be worried something is wrong?
