Ukrainian language phrases?

I'm fluent in english and semi-fluent in italian... but this girl i know is from ukraine and to impress her, can anyone give me some common words and phrases in ukrainian? please use the english alphabet, and please be sure to include how to say "you're welcome" (don't ask why)
