I am a 6`0 175lb male who is flabby in the mid section and arms. Can I become lean using this regimen?

A typical day for me would be a small togos sandwich for lunch, fruits in the evening, and perhaps pho or a couple of tacos for dinner. Not particularly healthy, but I also run 3-5 miles a day with a 8:10ish pace; I think my ipod says i burn around 400 calories usually. I also do a regimen of 200 pushups (sets of 25). 3 sets of tricep dips where I hold the position for 10 seconds. I also do 6 sets of curls with a 35lb dumbell. In addition, I do about 200 situps a day (50 in each set). Should I expect to achieve my goal of a leaner body continuing this regimen? I dont want to give up eating foods I like but I do not eat burgers, fries, pizza, chips, soda, etc. I only drink water and sometimes juice. Please let me know. Any feedback would be useful. Why dont I go to the gym you ask? I just dont like the atmosphere. Thanks!
